Can you get kangaroo femurs over in the UAE? I'm not sure how widely available theyt are outside the Pacific rim -- we can't get 'em here in the States -- but I've seen pictures. Huge long gristly thing, streaked with scraps of roo-jerky; it looks lovely, a billion times better than rawhide...
